Registration – Summer Camps and Workshops

Registration for the summer camps and workshops will open on Monday, April 27th at 12:00.

We offer activities for both primary and secondary students, tailored to a variety of interests. You will find here the full list of activities, along with detailed information for each of them.

As places are limited, we encourage you to register as soon as registration opens in order to secure participation.

Extracurricular Activities – Parent Registration Guide

I. Create Your Parent Account

• Go to Parent Registration and enter your details.
  • APEEEL1 members: enter your member code (starts with APEEELU) and name.
  • Create a strong password (12+ characters, including uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character).
• Register all your children: My Account → Children Management → New → fill in all required details.

II. Enrol in Group Activities

• Log in → Group Activities → View and Subscribe → Register
  • If the activity is full, you will be added to the waiting list.
  • If the waiting list is full, the Register button will be disabled.
• Payment: Basket → pay by VISA or MasterCard only
  • A confirmation email is sent after payment.

III. Enrol in Private Lessons

• Log in → Parent → Private Lessons → View and Subscribe
• Select day & duration, write a message to the monitor, and send.
• After the monitor confirms the lesson time, finalise enrolment to secure the place.
• A confirmation email will be sent.

IV. View Your Activities & Contacts

• Parent Account → My Planning shows:
  • All enrolled activities
  • Contact monitors/surveillants and/or coordinator

V. Cancel Activities

• Parent → Manage My Subscriptions

Important notice for parents using Curia or EIB email addresses

We would like to inform you that parents who have registered their account with a Curia or EIB email address may not receive certain important emails from the PAMS system (such as password reset notifications and other). This issue arises due to the highly secure email protection system, which may block some communications.

To avoid any potential issues and ensure you receive all essential information, we kindly ask you to either update your account with a personal email address or create a new account using one.
